How do I start?

First step is to set your budget and requirements. Once that has been established, contact us and allow us to develop a design plan based on your budget and requirements.

If my budget cannot meet my requirements?

This is no problem. We offer payment plans and can discuss ways to adjust your requirements to suit your available budget.

Do you maintain websites after creation?

Yes, we maintain all our websites so they are reliable and efficient. We also offer enhancements of the clients choosing.

Do you offer hosting and email as well?

Yes, we provide all products and services that the client may require when designing and maintaining their website.

What graphic design services do you offer?

We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, direct mail design, marketing material design, stationery (including business cards, letterhead, envelope, and mailing labels), and any other print graphics that your company may require.

How long will the design take?

Every job is different and every deadline is different. Really you should allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your work. If your deadline is very tight, we will do our best to complete your work within this time. We will, of course, advise at the time of the work. We haven’t missed a deadline yet and don’t intend to in the future!

What owns the work once complete?

The client owns full copyright of the graphics and logo’s we create once final payment has been received.

Do you charge for edits?

Yes, but charges are not applied until after the final draft.

What type of printing do you provide?

We provide printing solutions for all mediums (including custom business cards, flyers, uniforms, stationary etc.)

Do you have a set turnaround time?

No, turnaround time depends on the requested service.

In what format should I submit my design?

A good quality print depends on your design file. A good file is the start to a great print, and your design files must be received before we can start the order process.

  • An unflattened vector version of your logo or design (.ai / .eps / .pdf) is ideal.
  • Raster files (.psd, .tif, .jpg) should be scaled to the size of your print, with a resolution of at least 300dpi for best results.
What are your payment terms?

Our normal project payment terms are 60% before teh start of the project and 40% after completion

Do you offer refunds?

No, refunds are not offered for any service. We haven't had a refund request to this date.
